A little about us...
Colette S. Acosta, Certified Massage Therapist, Founder 
I am working on my 12th year as a certified massage therapist and my 17th year as a local businessowner. Prior to opening D'essence wellness day spa, I owned and solely-operated Pro Massage Center, Inc. for 6 years offering massage therapy to many of my still very dear and loyal clientele. I have also gained much of my business expertise in the co-ownership of Acosta Insurance Agency, Inc. along side my biggest supporter and husband, John Acosta. Before any of these businesses played a part in my life, I had attended college for a CAD engineering degree which played an important role in remodeling the beautiful building both of our businesses are established in today. I have 3 wonderful children whom all took the initiative to help in our creation of D'essence and along with my hard-working, supportive parents helped us bring about my dream of this health and wellness center. D'essence wellness day spa, inc. had been established and created for me to help those in need to minimize stress,induce relaxation,increase immune system efficiency and reduce or eliminate muscular pain.
John Acosta, Co-Founder and Sales/Marketing Consultant
John, while running his more than full-time operation at Acosta Insurance Agency, Inc., has taken numerous hours to support the growth opportunities of D'essence wellness day spa, inc. His vast businessowner experience has been irreplacable in the startup and development of the day spa. John is the support behind the scenes in all of the management decisions and has been a wonderful husband and father to keep the family close during all the evening hours worked. You might not see John in the day-to-day operations and healing services of the day spa but we count on knowing that he is always around to be the backbone of our business.
